T-Glase, short for ‘tough glass’, is a 3D printing filament that can be used for semi-transparent applications for interior design, decorative, or functional parts. Described as ‘water clear’, it is strong, has excellent bridging capabilities, very low shrinkage while cooling, and is 100% reclaimable making it environmentally friendly.
T-Glase (pronounced Tee-Glass) is considered “optically correct” and is food and beverage safe thanks to its chemical composition, which allows light to transition easily along the path of a 3D printed thread. This filament can be used to 3D print high-strength, optically clear parts that appear glass-like for a variety of models and projects.
Those familiar with 3D printing PLA filament will find Taulman3D’s T-Glase 3D printing filament to be a simple-to-use, higher-performance alternative. It prints optimally at 235°C - 240°C and on a variety of print bed surfaces. Taulman3D’s T-Glase3D printing filament possesses a greater strength modulus, durability rating, and less shrinkage factor than PLA while also performing very well on parts that require bridging.
