Description

Dyna-Purge® 3D Clean™ is a non-chemical, non-abrasive thermoplastic purging compound that is safe for both operator and machine. These 8-inch segments (1.75mm and/or 2.85mm diameter) are specially designed by 3D-Fuel with 3D printers in mind and come ready to use.

Print Settings

Use Dyna-Purge® 3D Clean™ at 230 C, unless the material that is being purged out requires a higher temperature.

Filament Information

Quality: All 3D-Fuel 3D printer filament is manufactured in our own production facility located in Fargo, North Dakota or in Moville, Ireland (depending on customer location). We have complete control over the manufacturing process and are able to ensure consistent quality for every spool. Learn more about 3D-Fuel USA filament quality.

Packing Information: 50 Sticks (1.75mm) or 35 Sticks (2.85mm) of 8-inch Dyna-Purge® 3D Clean™ plastic filament arrives in a tube with a desiccant packet to keep out any moisture.

Test Printing: The 3D-Fuel test lab features multiple brands of 3D printers including MakerBot, LulzBot, FlashForge, and more. We 3D print what we manufacture to ensure that our filament provides the absolute best quality possible.

Printing Instructions

At 3Dom USA we have a well equipped 3D printing test bench with many popular 3D printers. We know our materials will give you excellent results and to help you achieve these results we’ve developed some tips and tricks for using Dyna-Purge® 3D Clean™ 3D printer purge filament.

Recommended Printing Temperature:
230 C, unless you are purging a higher temp material. Purge at 5 degrees hotter than the temperature you use when printing.

For example, if I’m purging Nylon, which prints at 260C, purge with Dyna-Purge® 3D Clean™ at 265 C.
