Essentium’s 3D Printing Bed Adhesive – Powered by Magigoo

Our 3D Printing Bed Adhesive for Flexible Filaments is designed to work with flexible FDM filaments. This includes a variety of TPUs (thermoplatic polyurethanes) and TPE (thermoplastic elastomeer) copolymers. This adhesive is designed to ensure prints stick firmly when the print-bed is hot and that the part is easy to remove once cooled. Since bed adhesion is critical to the success of the high-speed extrusion process, we wanted to provide our customers a reliable adhesion solution that would give them confidence in their prints. We worked together with Magigoo, the go-to 3D printing bed adhesive solution, to test and tailor these products to work with Essentium’s Materials Portfolio and HSE 3D Printer. With the Essentium 3D Printing Bed Adhesive — Powered by Magigoo, customers no longer have to worry about print failures due to poor bed adhesion. Not only will the first layer of a 3D print stick every time, but the finished 3D prints will come off the 3D printer bed effortlessly.

Using this product with other than designated type filaments might cause over adhesion and damage your build surface. Some products may have corrosive and eye irritation substances. Wash your hands after use. Ideally use rubber gloves. Read Safety Data Sheets or consult with manufacturer if necessary. The bottle applicator has a spring valve inside. In order to activate it, press the nib against the build plate firmly. When pressing bottle sides, make sure the applicator is not going to pop out.
