Returns and Exchanges come in two types: 1) Our Fault and 2) mistakes made by the customer when ordering. 

Our Fault

If we make a mistake on your order, we will take care of it in a timely manner and with pleasure. (ie. we send you the wrong product or wrong size due to our error.) We will ship you the correct item and provide you with a return label for the incorrect item (or we may ask you to donate it to a local school or maker space). We try to make this hassle-free to fix our errors.

Customer Mistakes

It happens. Sometimes when purchasing products with multiple drop downs for selection, you may choose the wrong size filament or wrong size spool. We understand. We’ll work with you. See details below:

1. Returns

We accept returns. 3DomFuel, Inc. has a very liberal return policy. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase (tell us your order number, for example). If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange unless the product proves to be defective when purchased.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, if we feel there is any reason NOT to accept the return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

2. Exchanges

PLEASE, Please, please check your order before placing it. The biggest single issue we have in receipt of incorrect goods is choosing the wrong product to add to your cart while shopping. 

We exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at sales@3dfuel.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will automatically send you a replacement product.

If you ordered the wrong product, and want to exchange it, you may return that product (within 30 days) to us and let us know immediately that you are sending it. We will bill you for the shipping of the replacement product and ship your replacement as soon as we receive the tracking information for your return. We cannot accept returns more than 30 days after purchase.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the original invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to products during shipment. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
