Pro PCTG-CF10, 10% Carbon Fiber PCTG, 1.75mm
  • 122% Stronger (Tensile Strength)

  • 246% Stiffer (Flexural Modulus)

  • 19% Higher Temp Resistance (HDT)

  • Layer-Hiding, Matte Finish

Printing Requirements
  • Hardened nozzle required
  • Dry before use for best results - the increased surface area from the carbon fiber results in greater opportunity for moisture to be absorbed
  • Drying temps: 70C for 6-8 hours OR 65C for 8-12 hours
Drying + Storing Instructions

Dry filament is happy filament!

If your dryer can reach 70C, dry at 70C. Otherwise, dry at 65C for a longer period.
Drying Temp: 70C
Drying Time: 6-8 hours

Drying Temp: 65C
Drying Time: 8-12 hours

Please store Pro PCTG in an airtight container with desiccant when possible. Even though Pro PCTG absorbs moisture more slowly than PETG, it will still absorb moisture over time.

Wet filament can cause a poor surface finish on your printed part and may even contribute to nozzle clogging.

Recommended

"Easy to print. I used very minor tweaks from my standard Pro PCTG profile. Does tend to be more finicky about very small details, i. e. it’s more for functional parts rather than aesthetic models, but you likely already knew that. In my view, absolutely worth the extra cost."

Most Versatile Filament On The Market

"This stuff is pretty amazing. I am a big supporter of PCTG in general, I beleive it provides the best balance of strength, appearance, and ease of printing. This stuff is noticably stronger, printed just as easy as non CF PCTG and looks amazing. I also print allot of CF Nylon and this stuff might just give it a run for its money. To say I am impressed wpuld be an understatement. I just hope theyvstart offering it in additional colors."

Love this Stuff

"I am loving this PCTG-CF10. I am starting to use this instead of PA612-CF15. The spool seems to last forever compared to the 1/2 kilo spools from Polymaker Fiberon, and costs less too!"
