Each spool of 3D-Fuel filament is still:

• Made in the USA at our Fargo, North Dakota facility
• Precision extruded to ±0.02mm tolerance
• Dried, wound, and packaged for consistency and reliability

What’s changed is how efficiently we can do it. These operational improvements mean shorter lead times, higher availability, and even greater consistency across every batch.
