Bigger Discounts, Fewer Spools: Our New Quantity Pricing

I've got some good news, and it's the kind I really like sharing.

As of Monday, October 12, buy 5 spools of 3D-Fuel filament and you'll save 5%. Buy 20 and you'll save 10%. It's applied automatically at checkout. No codes, no account, no hoops.

This is all thanks to the production upgrades we've been working on here in Fargo. More capacity and more automation mean we can make filament more efficiently, and we want to pass that back to you.

Old Pricing vs. New Pricing

Here's how it stacks up against what we had before:

Before, you needed 50 spools just to get 4% off. Now you get 10% off at 20 spools. If you were buying 5 spools at a time, you used to get nothing. Now you save 5%.

That's a big jump, and honestly, it's been a long time coming.

How It Works

Add 5 or more spools to your cart. That's it. The discount shows up on its own.

Mix and match materials and colors however you want. Every spool counts toward your tier.

And a spool is a spool is a spool. A 1 kg spool, a 4 kg spool, and an 11.3 kg spool each count as one.

If you've been on the fence about trying Pro PCTG, now's a great time. Toss a couple of spools in with your usual order and the whole cart gets cheaper.

Why We Can Do This

This isn't a sale. It's what happens when a factory gets more efficient.

Over the last few months, we've been bringing new production lines online, including high-speed lines that each run twice as fast as our regular lines. Once they're all running, we'll have far more than doubled our total production capacity.

We also brought in two FEELO Prima automated spool winders from Italy. As far as I know, they're among the first in North America. Each one winds the spool, tapes the end, swaps in an empty spool, and starts again, all without an operator. When you're running 24 hours a day, that adds up fast.

You may even notice a new spool in your next order. If you do, it was almost certainly wound on the FEELO.

Do I need a discount code? Nope. Once you hit 5 spools, it's applied automatically.

Do I need an account? Nope. It works with guest checkout too.

Does it work with free shipping? Yes. Orders of $99 or more still ship free within the lower 48 states, and most quantity orders will clear that easily. Discount and free shipping.

Does it work on every material? Yes. Every filament on 3dfuel.com counts.

Can I still use another discount code? Yes. The 5- and 20-spool discounts stack with other codes.

Do the 5% and 10% discounts add together? No. You get the highest tier your order qualifies for, so 20 spools gets you 10% off, not 15%.

Is this a limited-time sale? No. This is our new permanent pricing.
