Across multiple production facilities, ensuring we maintain consistent quality for every spool.

We use a multi-axis laser measurement system to ensure a tight diameter tolerance.

We 3D print what we manufacture to ensure that our filament provides the best quality possible.

The Pro PCTG-GF10 filament offers enhanced durability and chemical resistance compared to PETG, with a lower moisture absorption rate. It provides excellent print quality and a broad color selection, making it ideal for high-impact applications and multi-color 3D printing systems.

"Wow this stuff is tough. After calibrations, my first print was a hammer handle. Then I proceeded to whack the crap out of the handle with a REAL hammer when inserting the wedge into the top. Then, just for good measure, I used the steel hammer to whack the crap out of the side of the handle. No damage. No deformation. Didn't even leave a mark. This stuff is crazy strong. Printed like a dream. Who needs smelly filaments like ABS? This is my new go-to for rigid and tough parts."
"I bought the pctg-gf specifically to evaluate it for functional parts that would be sold to customers. Paid significant extra for the Glass Filled. Box says GF, and invoice says Glass Filled. The actual roll? Nope! It's labeled the same as regular pctg. The qr code links to regular pctg. Did I get what I ordered? Maybe, but I can't trust it enough to evaluate it. Not likely to spend double the price for maybe ever again! It printed fine with Prusaslicer, 3d Fuel pctg presets."
"A filament that prints great, plenty strong for almost any task, and is actually really easy to use. Unlike other filaments that are useful for everyday objects and tools, I haven't had to worry about warping yet and the temperatures are a lot more reasonable."
"This stuff is amazing prints very easily and very strong stuff!! Really happy to be making lures with USA made filiment!!"
"I just tried the PCTG-GF for the first time printing some shelf brackets. They are incredibly strong and the finish is beautiful, much like CF. A rather matte, almost fuzzy-skin appearance but much more subtle. This appears to be a great filament."
"Great stuff far. Strong and has a great finish."
"Prints great. Very strong"
"I was interested in glass fiber PCTG as a more rigid, durable around-the-house filament for functional parts. The filament delivers - it stands up to the demands quite well. I selected natural because it was the closest to white, but the appearance is milky and vaguely translucent. It's fine for what I needed it for, but would prefer a pigmented white filament in the future. Printability was a little tougher than Pro PCTG, and there wasn't an exact profile provided at the time, but I was able to adapt from the ones that existed and get pretty good results. You do pay a little bit of a premium for a smaller, American made brand. I didn't mind that so much for a one-off, but I would hesitate to add it to my regular rotation. There are some really high end engineering filaments that I use regularly, and today the cost difference is significant."
