"I've been extremely impressed with 3D-Fuel's PCTG Toolbox Red filament. The print quality has been excellent, with consistent extrusion, great layer adhesion, and a smooth, professional-looking finish. What really sold me was the color. I was looking for a red that would closely match my Milwaukee tools and accessories for some custom garage organization projects, and Toolbox Red absolutely delivered. The color is rich, vibrant, and exactly the look I was hoping to achieve. The PCTG material also provides the added durability and toughness I wanted for functional prints that will see regular use in my garage. It's a great combination of appearance and practicality. I've included photos and a video of one of my recent prints so you can see the finished results and color for yourself. Overall, excellent filament, fantastic color, and impressive results. I'll definitely be purchasing more for future projects. Highly recommended!"
"I sell a couple of household consumer items and the visual appeal for the transparent ruby red is off the rails. Injection molding simply cannot compete on the look of this material. Its even better knowing that the materials sticks perfectly everytime - making scrap rates way lower than most other materials. And it is it tough tough tough."
"This is my go to for functional parts. It prints well on my P1S, H2C, and even on the A1 mini. I do use the 3D Fuel profiles on all of these machines for the best post print performance, and have never had failures. I use varied build plates from Darkmoon Garolite to Textured PEI (but my Biqu Glacier plates are my favorite). I just elevate the temperature regardless of what plate I use and it sticks. Strong parts that meet my needs. The only drawback I have is the shine. For some applications I wish there was a more matte version."
"This caddy shows why PCTG is worth using for shop parts. The Toolbox Yellow is a close match to DeWalt yellow, bright and saturated, with enough gloss to look like a molded part instead of a print. The color stays even across both faces, including the large flat back panel, where uneven extrusion usually shows up first. The side view shows the dimensional side of PCTG. The two battery rails came out sharp, with defined latch steps and square slot walls, which matters because battery packs rely on tight rail tolerances to click in and stay put. Layer lines on the vertical walls are fine and consistent, and the chamfered corners and handle cutout have clean edges with no visible warping or corner lift on a fairly large, flat part."
"My ReFuel looks great (mine came in dark forest green), has great tolerances, sticks to the plate well, is tough as heck, and makes prototyping materials cost extremely low. With ReFuel, I'm considering leaving PLA and never coming back!"
"I use this for agricultural mounting brackets for outside electronics. The brackets are tough and the UV resistance easily makes their lifespan 5 years plus. I know this because I've done PLA with 4 years life - so everyone whines about this more than necessary. Because the fluorescent orange is easy to see, ranchers can assess system physical health from a distance. Even better, the loud orange helps other ranchers ask about the product so I get free references advertising. This prints flawlessly and sticks everytime which is awesome. The orange does seem to get a bit blobby, but on big prints i just pause and use long needle-nose to clean off the nozzle. Very important to me is the PCTG inert nature to oil and gas and I've also sold specialty fittings (unpressurized) to people who store dirty water, but needed a special fitting."
"Great stuff. Prints well with the provided profiles and works great for making my outdoor market displays"
"Super awesome colors to have received from recycled filament. One of the rolls white white, and the other literally transitions from black to clear, which I very super interesting. I have never seen a roll of filament be a clear and transition before. Glad I received two different colored rolls with my order."
"Shocked how well this prints. I had a roll of PRO PCTG and wanted to churn thru some prototypes, picked this up to try and save some $. Same high quality, same strong prints. Great stuff!"
"I’ve completely converted to PCTG as my everyday filament; and 3D-Fuel provides the best PCTG on the market. I have no use for PLA and PETG isn’t worth a few pennies in savings to take the place of PCTG."
